Delete your account

Request deletion of your SimSportsNet account and associated data (web & mobile apps).

Email privacy@simsportsnet.com from the email address on your SimSportsNet account.
Use the subject line: SimSportsNet Account Deletion Request.
Include your SimSportsNet username and the email/username you use to sign in.
We will verify the request belongs to you, then process account deletion.

When your deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify data associated with your account, including where applicable:

Account profile information (such as username, display name, email, profile photos you uploaded)
App/session credentials and login tokens for your account
Direct messages associated with your user account (where stored as your personal communications)
Personal media uploads tied only to your account (where not required for another user’s league/game record)
Subscription/entitlement records tied to your user account (subject to payment-provider retention rules)

Some information may be retained when we have a legal obligation, security need, or operational requirement, for example:

League / competition records: game results, box scores, and historical standings that other users rely on may be kept as part of league history (your personal profile may be removed or anonymized).
Financial & payout records: payment, fee, and prize/payout records may be retained as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution (typically up to several years where legally required).
Security / abuse logs: limited logs may be retained for a short period to prevent fraud and abuse.
Legal holds: data may be retained longer if needed for an active legal claim or lawful request.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backup systems may take additional time to fully purge deleted data.
