By creating an account or using SimSportsNet, you agree to follow these terms and any league-specific rules set by commissioners for leagues you join. The service provides tools for league operations, competition, media uploads, and community features; features may change over time.

Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information where required and keep it current.

Acceptable use. Do not harass others, cheat, manipulate results, distribute malware, scrape the service in a way that harms stability, or upload content you do not have rights to share. Commissioners and operators may enforce league rules and platform rules, including removal of content, suspension, or termination of access.

Content you upload. You retain ownership of your content, but grant SimSportsNet a license to host, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service (for example, highlights, schedules, and notifications). Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights.

Disclaimers. The service is provided “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimSportsNet disclaims warranties not expressly stated here. Liability limits may apply as allowed by law.

We collect information needed to run accounts, process subscriptions or entitlements where applicable, operate leagues, send notifications you opt into, and secure the platform.

• Account data: such as email, username, display name, and profile details you choose to provide.
• Usage & device data: such as app or web session data, diagnostics, and similar technical information used to fix bugs and prevent abuse.
• League & competition data: rosters, results, uploads, and messages sent through platform features, as needed to provide those features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in hosting, email, payments, or analytics, under agreements that limit use to providing the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain data, or to object to certain processing. Use the contact section below for requests.

Policy summary for rights holders

If you believe material on SimSportsNet infringes your copyright, you may send a notice that includes: identification of the work, identification of the material and its location (URL or description sufficient for us to find it), your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to material in response to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices may be accepted where the law provides a process.

Data & account requests

You may request access to or correction of certain account information through account settings where available. For deletion, export, or other privacy requests that cannot be completed in-product, contact us using the email below. We will verify your request as required before acting.

Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need (for example, fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

Delete your account

Applies to SimSportsNet on the web and the SimSportsNet Android / iOS apps

Steps to request deletion:

1. Email privacy@simsportsnet.com from the email on your SimSportsNet account.
2. Use subject: SimSportsNet Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your SimSportsNet username and sign-in email.
4. We verify the request, then delete the account and associated personal data.

Deleted: profile/account info, credentials, personal messages, personal media tied only to your account, and user-level subscription/entitlement records (subject to payment-provider rules).

May be retained: league/game history needed by other users (may be anonymized), financial/payout records as required by law, and limited security logs. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
